General Terms

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdt5 and any user of this platform ("you" or "member"). This platform is operated by bdt5 and provides services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement.

bdt5 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

1.2 Definition of Services

"Platform" refers to the bdt5 website, mobile version, application, and all related digital services. "Gaming services" refers to slots, casino table games, sports betting, live dealer games, and all other gaming content available on the bdt5 platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Age Requirement

Strict Rule: bdt5 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or playing games by any underage person is strictly prohibited.

At the time of account registration you are declaring that you are at least 21 years of age. bdt5 may at any time request an identity document or other proof for age verification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information about age may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bdt5 provides services to users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming that using online gaming services from their location is permitted under local law.

The registering user must also confirm that:

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one bdt5 account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses along with earnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. This includes:

It is the member's responsibility to notify bdt5 support immediately if any information changes. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and login details completely confidential. Notify bdt5 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited on the bdt5 platform using the following payment methods:

bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking
Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital payment
Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Minimum deposit: ৳300 for all methods.

Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The key terms for withdrawals are as follows:

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
Processing time: Generally completed within 10–45 minutes
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
bdt5 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if unusual activity is suspected

4.3 Responsibility for Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt5 does not bear responsibility for loss of funds due to transactions made with incorrect details. It is the member's responsibility to verify all information before making a transaction.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New bdt5 members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration.

Bonus example:
• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any earnings from the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has a set validity period — the period will be stated with each promotion
Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active
bdt5 reserves the right to change or withdraw promotional offers
If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to gain advantage outside normal gaming practice, the bonus will be forfeited
Each member may benefit from each promotion a maximum of one time

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

In sports betting, displayed odds are subject to change. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final. bdt5 reserves the right to void clearly incorrect odds.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdt5 platform:

Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
Attempting to hack or manipulate the game software or system
Collusion (working with other players to influence the outcome of a game)
Misuse of bonuses or promotions (Bonus Abuse)
Providing false or misleading information
Attempting to harass or harm other members
Using a third party's account or payment method

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, bdt5 may take the following actions:

Temporarily suspend the account
Permanently close the account
Forfeit all bonuses and bonus winnings
Notify law enforcement authorities where applicable

Violation of terms and conditions (especially the prohibited activities listed in Section 7)
Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
Confirmed evidence of being underage
Extended period of inactivity

In the case of a legitimate account closure, any remaining valid deposit balance will be returned to the member.
